Dixie Bones and Dots American Restaurant Rollout Mobile POS ...

LONG BEACH, Calif., Nov. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Epson, a leading supplier of value-added Point of Sale (POS) solutions, announced that Dixie Bones in Virginia and Dots American Restaurant in Kentucky have installed Epson Mobilink(TM) wireless POS printers, Symbol MC50 Enterprise Digital Assistants (EDA) and Digital Dining software to enhance customer service, maximize food and beverage sales and cut labor costs. Both restaurants have experienced mobile POS benefits since spring 2006.

Dixie Bones is a popular barbeque restaurant in the Washington, D.C. area with fourteen tables that turn up to fifteen times a day and a thriving takeout and catering business.
